Notarize forms and gather required health forms.
Be sure to notarize the forms that require it and gather the required health forms.
Return forms to the school along with your registration fee.
Bring the forms and applicable registration fee during business hours to the school located at 460 North Grandview Street, Mount Dora, Florida 32757.
